Mesh mode operation is implemented by simple software configuration allowing operation as an 802.11Y mesh network radio system, providing a high powered, 25 watt, licensed mesh network solution.

Base stations can be organized in a quad configuration, allowing over 200 Megabit of bandwidth for backhaul. Simply configure the last radio in the mesh as an 802.16-2004 remote radio and the entire mesh can be backhauled thru the WiMAX base station. Outdoor packaging includes hardened NEMA cast aluminum enclosures, explosion proof enclosures utilizing antennas for hazardous locations; antennas are optimized for mesh and point to multipoint configurations, class-1 div-1 hazardous solutions. Combine with manhole antenna cover system for real-time video surveillance and SCADA backhaul at underground structures and utilities, class-1 div-1 rated.
